A:

eat foods that burn fat.  green vegetables, almonds, walnuts, chili peppers, salmon, cold water fish..etc.

do not eat bread after 3 pm..(preferably only in the morning when waking up.)

no red meat for a while, no dressings, drink real fruit juice, not that concentrated crap, no whole milk..1% or nothing

do various exercises to work different muscle groups.
