Difficult question...
I think more than than anything else, Yedda is the type of site which can be defined not through its employees directly, but through the people who partake in what's going on.
I mean, clearly it's not thepeople who work at Yedda who post all the questions or the answers... To me, these are the people who make Yedda what it is. :-)
( In all fairness I should admit that I do work at Yedda)
