Sometimes we put up walls not to keep people out, but to see who cares enough to break them down.

First of all, make sure you have a good Anti-virus software that updates on its own.  Never open attachments you receive in e-mails from anyone you do not know.  I also have a spyware removal program on mine that I run every few days.  I have my cookies and history set to delete each time my computer closes down.  Be aware of new viruses out there.

There are times when you need to close all the books and you need to open your heart.

Use a firewall i recommend zonealarm and anti rootkit and keylogger The processguard from diamondcs available to download. for free good antivirus use avira.
