Vintage Sewing Machine, Miniature Sewing...

http://www.my-linker.com/hop/VintageSewingMachine Now offered is this vintage electric Signature Junior Sewing Machine by Montgomery Ward, in its original case. It is in excellent condition. The needle is still there and everything. The case colors are celery green with a darker green handle; the bottom of the case is a peachy orange color. The case has some minor scratches; but you have to squint to see them. The whole top with the machine base lifts off to reveal the motor, which is very clean inside. The only other markings is on the very bottom, and it says "Made In Japan". From my research I have found that it was probably made in the late 1950’s, but there is not date to confirm that.. The plug has the UL listing on it. The Sewing Machine is Metal and the case is a hard plastic. The case is 8 inches tall and 10 1/2 inches wide at the middle. The little machine is only 6 1/4 ines wide and 5 inches tall to the top of the thread holder.
