Is it wrong to go out with wet hair

I just got out of the shower my hair is long and its wet I towel dried it good brush it and left the house to go out is that a bad thing that my hair was still wet?

Yes. Wet hair will accumulate more dust and closes your pores with dust particles and leaves your hair unhealthy growing . So get it dry and then go out . Protect it from sunlight , UV rays toooo .
