I there something wrong with me?

I keep twisting the same ankle while exercising. Why, and what can I do to stop this?

You should takr time off from exercising until your ankle regains its strength otherwise every time you exercise you will twist the same ankle. It may take a few weeks so be patient and you will son be able to resume your regular exercise program.

Harryvan is correct; if you are injuring your ankle, you should not be putting strain on it until it gets better.
