What is wrong with me???

i think i'm pregnant. in fact i'm positive that i am. i have been getting lower back pains, a bit of heartburn and constipation... but the most remarkable thing is my breasts. they keep getting fuller, heavier and firmer. i have been experiencing these symptoms for about a week now and i went to the clinic to do a test but they say its negative. i woke up at 4am this morning and did a home preg test and it was negative, but when i looked at the stick few hours later, i could see a very pale second line. but its so pale that its almost invisible. i did a test on sunday and the same thing. negative first, then few hours later, an almost invisible pink line. i thought by today (3 days later) if i did a test they would at least see a weak positive, but they say its negative. but when i do a home preg test, the very faint line shows few hours later. please help!!! is there something wrong with me? my breasts are still growing almost daily. i just want solid proof that i am pregnant

Love is the battery of life....

Hi Neena,

Nothing is wrong with you.  Each woman react in her own way to her pregnancy.   You didn't mention how late you are ? - that's a key point.  I believe that at the clinic they made a blood test....  right ?.  The home preg tests are reliable (specially the possitive answer) but I read a number of articles on failures to identify pregnency using those home preg tests.  I believe your feelings and signs are genuine and truely hope that you are pregnant (one can sense how much you really want to be pregnant).
I have a very strong intuition (that never dissapointed me) about your pregnancy but it's a bit personal and I'll write it only with your permission.
Best regards,

i would love to hear anything u think or have to say about me. i have no problems, even if its negative. really.

Hi Neena,

OK.   My intuition says you are not pregnant this time (I feel really sorry) but I see you, sure, no doubt at all !, having a baby in about April 2009.  I can sense it's a girl.  You might call it nonsense and laugh a bit, but at April 2009 you'll have to return and wonder how could I guess it.....  You have to give us now your word of honour: "I, Neena, promise 2B a very good mother to that girl !".
Start smiling, hope.  It's gona be OK.

Fertility Stories - infertility experiences of people like you.

It sounds as if you may have had a chemical pregnancy.

This should resolve itself & hopefully, when you're sure you are ready to conceive, you will be successful.

Good luck!

Neena, with all due respect to home-testing kits, I have found them to sometimes give false-positives or false-negatives.

The only way to be REALLY certain is to go for a blood test and put a final end to all this anxiety.
