My quad band phone that i bought in the uk has a ...

my quad band phone that i bought in the uk has a current network of 02. my question is: when i go over to america how does it connect to my network (02) (if it even does).

and do i have to put any area codes before a mobile number even if i'm in america??

 

just any tips that will help me keep in contact when abroad :D

When did money equate to power?

Your quad band phone should have no problem working in America. You just need to dial the area codes when you make any calls.
