in order to find someone and give a clear answer. How long has Donald been missing? Did you notify the police? Is he someone that missing in the miltary, abandon his last residence, his age, was involve in drugs, had mental problems, and last state known.. I'd need some clues and not implying your uncle had these issues. If one is missing, we need clues to help you.
