Is this a good workout for a fitness model

im following the fitness model workout from the abercrombie workout site , is that a good one if i want to become a fitness model or no? i'm not sure if it's only for boys or can girls do it too? If you know a better one can you tell me

If you want to be a fitness model, you must have self-discipline and simple workout can do it too. Self-discipline is for you to achieve your goal on what figure you want to achieve. And if you have self-discipline you'll just gonna eat and intake what is good for you and not those can destroy your goal. Simple workout can still make you a fitness model because it is still an exercise in the body.

Diets and exercises are the keys to healthy living. If you follow lots of fitness workout and you don't have self discipline then all of your time and effort to be fit will be useless. You will take time to become physically fit, just be patience and learn how to control yourself in eating fatty and unhealthy food.

Wonder nomore. What I am telling here is not a magic word. The thing is, you don't need to waste money on high tech gadgets, not even on gyms and fad diets. You can still get good abs doing good things alone. (How to get abs )

Two great mantras :

  1. Eat on time
  2. Exercise on time

Not just that, you can expand the two in any which way and to any stretch you can. Like, for example:

  • Spread your meal
  • Plan it well.
  • Remove junk from it
  • and the like


The secret is, if you know how to expand on this small list and stick to it, you don't need someone to tell you how to get abs .
