the main questions to think about are :

1. what are your goals?

2. How motivated are you to achieve them?

3. How can you be more motivated to stay with the program?

 

The program looks good upon first reading and if you want to stay motivated I suggest you find someone to work with online or in person to hold you to keep going. All of these serious programs require commitment and persistance for success.
