I'm started working in a GYM (running on a walker) 3 times a week in the mornings.

Is it better to eat my serials (corn flakes) before (about 1 hour before) or after my training?

You mean cereals?

It's usually considered better to eat carbs before a workout (i.e. the cornflakes) rather than protein (i.e. the milk). You could eat some dried fruits for example, or a piece of bread with some jam or honey, or a banana or anything of the sort.

But, if it doesn't bother you, do whatever feels right to you...

After.

If you eat too much before your workout, you might feel sick and cut the workout time.

When you wake up your body is after a night sleep where it digests and it is left without energy , you should feed your body something before the workout so it will have something to digest . The stuff mentioned by Page will do.

Hi,
Better after.  Sure you'll be hungry after the execise, so why eat twice ?.  Besides when doing sports the digestion almost stops so why should you feel uncomfortable ?.
Best regards.
