First off, why would you want abs? Believe me, abs on a girl are a turn off to most men. We like our women to look and feel like a woman.
But part of the problem could be that you still have to much fat content, most people with abs have less than 4 % fat content. Go to the local gym and have them do a BMI for you.
The other reason could be that you are not properly executing the exercises, over working the muscles and not letting them grow properly. Cut back to 2 to 3 days a week with at least a day between each workout.
