my fiancee in USA , she work as a research scolar and carry j1 visa exchange visitor but this visa is refer to one entry to USA and we plan to get marriage but I still in my country outside America and she can't return because maybe she will lost her visa and as you know maybe she will lose her opportunity to her research.. how is the best way to make the marriage , please give me the best way because we are engaged and want to marry , give me the best way to enter to USA without loss her job? can she return and try to get new visa for her?or can she convert her visa to another?
