My first suggestion is to begin with the board  of nursing in the state which you currently reside. You did not state if you have moved permanently to the United States. Each state has their own requirements for foreign nurses. Most Nursing BON are listed on most Nursing web pages (IE:Allnurses.com) Or you can do a  search online with the keywords: Board of Nursing. This will bring up all BON  which have web sites which you can better search for the information which will apply to your case. Most BON will also have an 800 phone number you can call.

I know this doesn't answer your question 100%, but it is a beginning. Good luck in your ventures into the world of nursing in the United States.

Since I like to see the world while am at a young age, I would be going into the travel and tourism jobs industry. It is a great chance to see the world and one of the best ways to be a nurse... travel nurses as what they say. Its going to be a tough challenge and helping tons of people along the way would be great.
