Pennate is an adjective meaning winged or feathered or resembling a wing. It is not a word that you can use as a noun. "Her arms were pennate, floating like feathers on the wind."
Everything I say can be fully substantiated by my own opinion.
The phrase would be somewhat unclear. It could mean "like a human winged", but might need additional elaboration in prior or following verse.
Or, you could call her a pennate human, although that sounds more scifi to me than angelic.
