I found a wonderful fish chowder recipe in one of my cook books many years ago. My books have been packed away for quite some time.My husband had gone to Montana to fish for trout. I am not sure what he brought back because it was big chunks of firm fish fresh canned in jars. I do know that I used heavy crean and a white wine. Beyond that, I am lost. I know that it had potaoes, onions and most of the usual that you would find in white clam chowder. I served it with French bread. That was all that was needed. Do you have a good fish chowder recipe? Thank you, Arlene Vernon Sacramento, CA
