Dear Sir/ Madame
I would like to ask you one question about flying back to my country Cambodia through Malaysia.
I wonder if I can buy the separate ticket to fly from India to my country Cambodia through Malaysia or not. For example, I would like to fly from Delhi, India to Malaysia with Malaysian Airway. Then I would like to fly from Malaysia to Cambodia with Air Asia. I wonder if I can do like that or not. Do I need a visa or not to enter Malaysia because I come from one of the ASEAN countries. Do i need a transit visa or not when i check in again with Air Asia? My flight is like is on 4 June 2009 at 23:30 I will fly from Delhi India and arrive at Kuala Lampur at 6:55 in the morning and i will fly again with Air Asia at 15:15 pm to Cambodia. In this case, do i need the trasit visa or not if i don't go outside the airport?
Do I need to show something to the immigration police or not when I arrive in Kuala Lampur? When I check in again with the Air Asia airline, what do I need? Do I have problem or not if I do like that?
PS: I can’t afford to fly with only Malaysian Airway from Delhi to Cambodia because it is very expensive. I can afford to fly with Malaysia Airline from only Delhi to Kuala Lumpur not from Delhi to Cambodia. That’s why, I need to fly with another Airline which is cheaper from Kuala Lumpur to Cambodia.
Could you give me suggestion?
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regard,
Panha Meas
