Oh, For the love of God!!  Let it go already!  Daniel is gone and is very busy living his life.  Maybe if you found other things to fight for, you could let this drop, the way you should have months ago.  You have chewed this issue until it is pulp and still not gotten what you think you deserve from it.  You never will get what you want from it, so let it go and find another battle to fight.  This is just so damn old now.  Enough already!!
