Newly Republican as of  October of 2009..I feel children and women should come before men..Only real men don't cheat in relationships

I  would not use herbs for any health concerns cause  i believe  they can cause other health  issues I think the guy  who made herbs, Is living very comfortable  with billions of dollars

I  took a  herb  one time , It was for  anxiety  And it  gave  me  severe  anxiety  attacks  that  I could feel  my  heart  pounding  through my back

So  my  advice  is  to becareful  them things... I heard   people  took  St.Johns wort  and  their depression  became severe and they had to go off of it

My advice  for  hot flashes, Go on  a low dose of  hormone  replacement  therapy  for  a  short term and   I know  my  late  mom  went on Estrogen  and she  took  it  for  3  weeks  and  one week  off

Than  the  next  month  she continued the same cycle  But  than  again  you  got  to watch Estrogen as  well

Turn off the television and teach your children how to think.

I took black cohosh and evening primrose oil when my menopause symptoms were seemingly overtaking (and ruining) my life.

They helped immensely!

If you decide to go this route, be sure you buy a good brand from a reputable store. I used Radiance brand and found it very good, but I'm sure there are many choices available.

All things natural

There have been studies done that are scientifically inconclusive however there have been many women who have used cohash that have found it relieved their symptoms. Taking Calcium and vitamin E can be helpful as well. To learn more about menopause and natural ways to ease the accompanying symptoms, I would suggest taking a look at this. http://matijew1.CLTAYLOR5.hop.clickbank.net
