Is This A Sign Of Heart Problems Or Upcoming Heart Problems?

Today I have been feeling very weird. Last night my left upper arm around my shoulder and down towards my elbow was feeling like I just got a shot (which I didnt) and today I have been having a slight nauseas, and slight dizzy/lightheaded (hard to explain) feeling. I do have generalized anxiety disorder though but I always feel like it's more than just my anxiety. HELP PLEASE! Should I go to ER?

Melissa, I pulled this off from one of the medical sites:

The women's major symptoms prior to their heart attack included:[/br]

  • Unusual fatigue - 70%
  • Sleep disturbance - 48%
  • Shortness of breath - 42%
  • Indigestion - 39%
  • Anxiety - 35%
Major symptoms during the heart attack include:

  • Shortness of breath - 58%
  • Weakness - 55%
  • Unusual fatigue - 43%
  • Cold sweat - 39%
  • Dizziness - 39%

You can never be too careful. You seem to be having more than one sympton, and it could be nothing.   However, women's heart attacks are nothing like a man's, and were it me,   I would head over to the ER.  Good luck to you.  Keep us posted.
