Can i be pregnant if i have cervical dysplasia and blood tests say i am and urine tests say no

Yes, you can be pregnant and have cervical dysplasia. Cervical dysplasia can usually be easily treated and typically has no adverse affects on pregnancy or baby. However, there are some complications associated with cervical dysplasia, which may threaten pregnancy or your baby’s health. If the blood test is saying that you are pregnant, I would trust it. It is better then the urine tests.
