Human nature.
We tend to want more what we think is going to become (or has become) less available or unattainable and tend to be more indifferent about what is readily available.
Examples:
1. Toilet paper does not excite people much. But back in the 80's there was some temporay shortage and it caused people to buy it like crazy.
2. Same for Potato Patch Dolls and other toys when there is a run on them at Christmas time.
Also, most people don't care about pennies, but if a penny is one of few (ie rare) people will go all out to get one year and type of penny and pay more for it.
This is used in sales all the time; sales people using this human nature tendency like this:
"The price was just reduced on this one, and I think it should be sold by end of today, if you want it, you better not wait".
"I think another person I showed this house to is about to put in an offer, so I wanted to let you know in case you really want this house".

I think she sort of felt like she could have you if she wanted you (consciously or even subconsciously) and then suddenly that "car was off the lot, SOLD and gone!" Uh oh!
Understandable if you think about human nature. She thought you were on the shelf (on the lot) and available. Suddenly you were NO LONGER on that shelf.
However, to quit speaking to you over it, is very IMMATURE and unreasonable behavior ... she's pouting like a young teen! maybe she is a teen, but I mean like a 13 year old!
Be forewarned, unless she is real young and mautures, you might see the kind of behavior from her indefinitely if you form a relationship with her. A "pouter", not a "communicator"
Talk to her about it but be careful about trying to work both ladies at the same time or you could lose both; that's playing with fire and you can get burned.
