A women that used me for what i had

I had a girlfriend i was living with, i closed out my 401k and received about 16 thousand dollars,we had a joint banking account,we bought together a bed room set and a fire place with my money,she took money out also to pay off all of her bills, every thing totaling around 12 thousand dollars, once my money dwindled down she was not interested in me any more,and she started mentally abusing my son,then she kicked both of us out,it's been about 2 months now,is there any thing i can do to get all my money back from her or atleast some of it,theres more behind the story,please contact me at
