Can't happen. Unless the "men" you are talking about happen to be 15 years old.
In just about any physical endeavor you can name, the best women are about as good as the best 15 year old boys. In track and field is true from the 100 meter dash to the marathon. And its true in soccer as well. When US women's team scrimmages against boys, they tend to pound the 13 and 14 year olds. And they get trounced by 16 year olds.
