If men earn more than women over the course of their lives, then older single women will be poorer than older single men, thus accounting for the difference in happiness, yes?

Hi, As per the money issue, yes, exactly.... you hit the nail on it's head.... that is the simple truth.... Behind many sophisticated scientific theories lies a simple observation.... I don't think that there is a direct relation between money and happiness. Best regards,

I don't believe that people with lots of money are happier than the ones who have less. Look at the people in Hollywood( some actors and actresses). They have everything, money, power, fame, but they end up being miserable because they indulge in illegal drugs, alcohol and a lot of craziness. They don't know what to do with themselves.

HI , I agree with DB 2 thumbs up . Money does not buy happiness , it can perhaps give you many toys , trying to fulfill a unhappy life . But in the end they are just material things . Happiness starts from within yourself , and not from what is in your wallet .
