If your question is what makes woman tick, well the same thing as men cause I am sorry to be the one to tell you this:

 men and women are HUMANs..

HOW DO A WOMEN WORK?  First and foremost, you have to understand that not all women are the same.  They are just as different as we are.  The key in my opinion is to find out how a woman works one woman at a time.  Something that most PEOPLE in general have in common that 1) we like to talk about ourselves, 2) we like for people to be interested in us, and 3) we all seek out people that we have things in common with.  Apply this  to each potential date or person of interest.  In other words.....1) Let the woman talk about herself as much as she wants.  This will give you a chance to pick up on a lot of information.  2) Women's biggest complaint about men is that we don't listen or seem interested in them for anything accept sex.  Show a woman that you are interested in her, the sex will come later, but you have to be patient.  Sometimes even letting conversation about sex always be a secondary priority instead of the focus of everything you talk about will demonstrate to her that you can are interested in the total her, not just her body.  3) If you can intelligently listen to what a woman is saying and pick out the things you have in common, you increase your chances dramatically.  Focus on the things you have in common and just make her feel comfortable being around you.  Within 10 minutes of conversation, you should be able to tell if your lady is one who responds well to jokes (likes to laugh), intellectual conversation (not much laughing but more serious conversation) or if she responds well to something else.  By responding well, I mean gets more comfortable in her seat, loosens up, smiles often, plays with her hair, etc.  As a man, you need to be very observant in the beginning.  And no matter what you are thinking (for example, undressing her with your eyes) you should always pay attention to what she is saying.  There isno quicker wayto lose a woman's respect or desire to be with you than to 1) disrespect her, 2) insult her and 3) allow her to think that you are only interested in one thing.  That's all I got.  I hope this helps you out some.
