Hi Lido.  Sorry dear, but there is no getting rid of the pits.  Eventually they will start to crack all over the windshield.  The best thing to do is to go to the junk yard and get another windshield installed.  I am sure you will find one to fit your car and the fellows at the junk yard will install it for you.  This is cheaper than buying a brand new windshield.  I have done this myself and it worked out fine.
