In super-cup games in european and south-american soccer leagues what happens in case the same team wins both the local championship and the local cup? I know that in the English FA Premiership, in this case the champions/cup holders play against the league's runner-up, but I'd really like to know what happens in the rest of the major european leagues. Thanks.
