During the application/admissions process you will sign an pledge to live a lifestyle in harmony with the university's values, which includes the absence of alcohol. That being said, if you are willing to sign the pledge, you should be admitted without further questioning. If you are at a restaurant, for example, and are seen by faculty or deans drinking or engaging in other inappropriate behavior that might be seen as dis congruent with the university's values, you could face discipline, up to expulsion if it is severe enough. Generally speaking though, I think that if a student is found to have a drinking problem, steps will be taken to help the student overcome the challenges of alcoholism before serious consequences.
And just in case there are any questions, alcohol is not permitted on campus (might be obvious, but just in case).
