I have a bottle of Clemente VII Chianti Classico Riserva 2003. Is this wine one to let sit for a few years or drink it sooner rather than later?
Life is too short and we never know when our last day will be. I'd drink it and enjoy. Make it a special occasion with someone you love.

Most modern chianti wines are meant to be enjoyed when they are released. So pop that cork and enjoy.
Cheers.
Chianti can age a few years but generally chianti is released when it is ready to drink. Aging wont hurt it, but improvement will be minimal if at all.
