I have a 1976 Chateau de meursault, not opened, is it ok to drink? or is it passed its time?
I never heard that an old dated win stored in it sealed bottle is unsafe to drink. On the contrary, good wine improves with age. Wait for an important occasion, uncork the bottle and enjoy the special flavor with family or god friends.
Only way to tell is open it and give it a sip!
