I have windows media player on my cd. I put it on ...

I have windows media player on my cd. I put it on there as a backup just in case anything happens to my computer, and it did and now i dont have internet and im trying to install windows media player from the cd. It comes up but when it gets to page that talks about privacy settings and click next it wont do nothing. What can i do to install this on my computer without internet. please someone help.
