For the democrats the issue is resolved but there is a defect.  If as obama wants to contend mccain is too old for the job then why did he select a vice president very close to mccain's age?

As to the republicans certainly romney has to be considered the front runner--age is good--speaks better than mccain which is damning with faint praise--good standing in some important states.  I would prefer mike huckabee but little to no chance.
