contesting a will,will was known to exist, witnesses are alive, I know who took the will, but have no proof,,there is fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud, broken oral contracts, monies owed for my involvment as I have affidavit from excutors named in will..What are my chances of winning..I don't want to live thru the hell of going thru the court system..but I feel this is just so wrong, and the decease has planned and is now turning over in his grave at the behavior of these people..
