You have my sympathy. From what I've read here ---> http://www.ninds.nih.gov/disorders/williams/williams.htm you have a very mixed blessing in your son. I would advise (since you ask) that you seek specialized treatment for him, not just a regular doctor. A regular doctor could keep him healthy, but specialized therapies may lead to better results, especially considering the diagnosis or treatment of possible cognitive problems specific to this syndrome.
