first he uses all of the previous Decepticon attacks so you'll have to either throw an object then attack or he will charge and tire out and then you hit him while he is weak.  If you still have trouble defeating him try battling the bosses in the other levels on both Decepticons and Autobots; and if you still are unable to win read somebody elses ideas or advice on other websites.
