Can I make my wife pregnant having following sperm condition?

My Sperm test result says:

Volume: About 5.0 ml. Completely liquefied,

pH: Alkaline, Sperm Count: 40 million/ml

Active Motile: 30%, Feebly Motile: 35%, Non-Nonmotile: 35%

Morphology: 60% sperms abnormal.

Leucocytes: 3-4/HPF, Epithelial cells: 2-3/HPF, RBC: 1-2/HPF,

Germ cells: Present,

Sperm Clumping: Present,

Fructose: Present.

 Are these ok? Thanks. Mr. Reaz
