You can safely lose between 1 -2 pounds a week without sacrificing muscle.  Use a combination of

diet and exercise.

It depends on your age. You have to be very careful not to make your diet to extreme or you’ll damage vital organs and eventually gain it all back. I would talk to a dietician or nutrition professional online to see what is the best way to lose weight and at what rate. The people at BitWine are really helpful. acutally it depends on ur weight..if u r reelee overweight  thn u need to lose mote of it but if are underweight thn u need not...
