Why? Is it because you're afraid of gaining weight? Do you exercise regularly? This would help you to not feel so guilty. Remember, we need the nutrients that food can give us. (Just not the extra empty calories) If you go on a strict, strict, diet, you're probably going to fail, because none of us like to feel deprived. Allow yourself a treat now and then so you won't feel that way. I know people who watch what they eat all week and then on the weekends they indulge a little.
