I heard about Wu Long Tea on Oprah and have a friend that tried it out. I am not sure how much her diet and exercise contributed vs. the tea but she has wonderful things to say about it. I generally drink any kind of tea to suppress hunger or get past a sweet tooth so i would recommend including it in your diet anyway! I have heard people rave about Wu Long Tea. It has ingredients added that are supposed to increase the slimming effect. I hope it works out for you. Let me know if you try it out because I am considering trying it myself! :)
