weight watchers, doesn't that cost an arm and a leg? My sister was on LA weight watchers and i know how much it was costing her. Best thing to do is increase you exercise level. start of slow, for example if you work on the first floor, walk up the stairs to the second floor to go to the bathroom. instead of taking elevator, walk, little things like this will burn tons of cals in a day.

To supplement that try hoodia gordonii it help to suppress appetite. or Proactol which is new, but the only weight loss supplement that is clinically proven and approved by the FDA.

I know it's hard to find time in a day to workout but every little bit helps.
