Hi Schlissel :) I'll share with you what I am doing in the hope that perhaps it might help you, too, honey. I am doing a low calorie/low fat eating plan of my own devising consisting of 1200 calories/20 fat grams daily. I SHOULD be exercising at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time, but I am still having problems with this sort of discipline. Now here's the vitally important part of this for me - I have started a weight loss blog here in the internet, which I believe is what is really keeping me on the straight and narrow because of all of the wonderful, supportive people who are on their OWN weight loss journeys. The best to you no matter WHAT you choose to lose weight, because just the fact that you've decided that you want to do this, means that your mind is in the proper place to be strong!
