Beautiful is as beautiful does.

Hi Schlissel :) I'll share with you what I am doing in the hope that perhaps it might help you, too, honey. I am doing a low calorie/low fat eating plan of my own devising consisting of 1200 calories/20 fat grams daily.  I SHOULD be exercising at least 3 times a week for 30 minutes at a time, but I am still having problems with this sort of discipline.  Now here's the vitally important part of this for me - I have started a weight loss blog here in the internet, which I believe is what is really keeping me on the straight and narrow because of all of the wonderful, supportive people who are on their OWN weight loss journeys.  The best to you no matter WHAT you choose to lose weight, because just the fact that you've decided that you want to do this, means that your mind is in the proper place to be strong! Good luck. :D If you would like to visit my blog for support, we would love to have you join our group!

My tagline is my blog's tagline:

Insightful. Inciteful. Bold. Brazen. Fresh. Fun. Fearless. Primal. Plan your path to great health here.

Weight Watcher's may help you lose weight in the short term, but could be detrimental to your health and you aren't likely to keep the weight off once you stop the diet. I am against fad diets as

Mark's Daily Apple's number 2 commandment states. Check out this site for tons of other fun and useful health information.

clearly if you can do it on your own would be the way to go. think of all the self satisfaction you will gain. While reading about weight loss i came across a lens on squidoo about

proactol fat binder. Apparently it's the first weight loss product approved by the FDA based on clinical studies.

weight watchers, doesn't that cost an arm and a leg? My sister was on LA weight watchers and i know how much it was costing her. Best thing to do is increase you exercise level. start of slow, for example if you work on the first floor, walk up the stairs to the second floor to go to the bathroom. instead of taking elevator, walk, little things like this will burn tons of cals in a day.

To supplement that try hoodia gordonii it help to suppress appetite. or Proactol which is new, but the only weight loss supplement that is clinically proven and approved by the FDA.

I know it's hard to find time in a day to workout but every little bit helps.
