Hoodia patches do not work. The process that goes into applying what little hoodia actually makes it on to the patch makes it not worth while.You need around 1300 mg a day for your hoodia diet to work and you won't absorb anywhere near that from a patch a you would from a Unique Hoodia capsule. As there are no hoodia side effects of note, you shouldn't worry about taking a capsule.
