Yeah, find something fun to do that keeps your body moving, like riding a bike or playing tennis.  Or make money doing something physical like mowing lawns and raking yards.  Use the money or fun as an incentive to get exercise.

Once you've stopped exercising it's hard to get back into the routine. What I suggest is getting with someone who does. Once you're in the routine of exercising you'll feel off if you don't. Definitely find someone who can motivate you though.

NOTICE: By the time you have noticed this notice, you will have noticed that this notice is not worth noticing.

I've been a total couch potato since about age 30.  I'm now 63.  I never wanted to exercise, but due to my deteriorating health, I figured that it was about time I started.  At the same time, a friend of mine had the misfortune of having a stroke.  After his recovery, he felt the same.  We made a pact that we would join a city gym (becauese they are cheaper than a commercial gym).  We figured that with each other encouraging the other to exercise, and if we didn't comply, the other would never let him forget it.  So far, it has worked.

In summary, get a friend to exercise with you, and you will be more inclined to encourage each other.  You should continue the routine at your age; keep in practice, and eventually you will not want to quit.
