stomach weight loss............what's the best way or ways to achieve it.
I am not a doctor but i can say what worked for me: i was unable to do sit ups but instead i held in my stomack muscles constantly (sitting, standing, driving) like trying to get my belly button to touch my back. pretty soon it became natural to do this and within several months i started loosing inches in my waist and ab area. you could begin to see muscles instead of fat. another thing i did was change to eating fruit and raw veggies and drink water instead of juice and soda. hope this helps you!

You On a Diet
In my opinion it's best to start making small changes to your diet first. You can do all the cardio in the world but if you’re still eating processed foods that are high in saturated fat, it will be an endless uphill battle. The combination of modifying your diet and exercising regularly will give the best results for long term weight loss.
It won't be easy but the reward of a healthy body will definitely make it worth it.
