Be anxious for nothing

Depends on a lot of things, like age, activity, what kind of work you do,probably most of all what you eat and believe it or not, what your blood type is. I have collected a lot of good youtube videos on health and fitness. You are welcome to view them. http://www.youtube.com/channel1954, or go to my web page http://lonnie.messer.googlepages.com/goodhealth   There 1 hour and 23 minutes of videos on that page, with no advertisements or offers, just good health info, a kind of small sample of the health and fitness video channel. I am still in the process of organizing everything but I believe these videos will be very informative.

I am 5'7 and I weigh 140 lbs, normally I am 125 but I gained a little intentionally. If you are eating white and yellow stuff, you will keep the 180 lbs. Cut out anything white or yellow, like mayo, corn, pasta (no green noodles are considered pasta therefore leave them out too), rice, sugar, flour, Breads. Eat plenty of raw veggies like brocolli floretts, carrots, cucumbers, celery and lettuce and eat veggies cooked like green beans, spinche, peas, and try to avoid meat for a little while and you will see a decrease in your weight quickly! Read lables, leave out High Fructose Corn syrup and sugar. Treat yourself to one day of pleasure, eat a piece of cake measuring 2" X 2" or a slice of pie once a week only. Walk some, or at least lift your legs while watching TV. Get the blood flowing, low impact exercise or some type of movements if you're not active. You will see a difference.

20 thumbs up

People who exercise regularly not only lose weight faster, they are more successful at keeping it off. Not only does the exercise itself burn calories, but your body will continue to burn calories at a higher rate even after you're done exercising.Check out http://use-weightloss.blogspot.com/ for all info regarding weight loss.
