Why will my weight not go away now that I am over 35??

i really need to know what the hell is up with my inability to lose weight. i am a 36 yr old female. my weight is normally 120 lbs at my thinest to 130 lbs at my heaviest, but now all of a sudden i cant seem to get below 150 to 160 lbs. this is freaking me out! this was not a big issue before, but now i just feel gross.. the 10 lb range comes with every period..i retain 10 lbs of water before my period, as i have always been a person who retains water..but that does not account for the 30 lb jump that will not go away...can some one give me an answer and some possible solutions...i am healthy, i work out almost every day(except for the 3 to 4 days before my period due to debilitating fatiuge), i am currently using relacore and eating a good and sometimes very minimal diet, i drink two shots of apple cider vinegar every day and drink plenty of water..i refuse to give in to the mind set of fat just comes with age...so why is this happening and what should i do?

First of all make a distinction between retaining water before your period and actually gaining fat. These are two seperate issues, and it is not helpful to see them as one.

About the fat gain, as we get older the rate of our metabolism gets lower, and we need to work just a little harder to maintain our weight. So this is what you should do.... Try to work in another work out during your week, preferabky aerobic-cardio exercise. Gradually increase intensity. If you do not work out at all, this is a good time to start.
