I have lost alot of weight and now my skin is very loose inner thighs and stomach what can i do for this?

Hi,


By doing sport.  But if you are not used to it, do it gradually ! (start with a short walk around your block, and increase it, step by step, each day).   You'll have 2B patient and consistent (it requirs it's time, and it's a rlatively slow process !)

Skin is elastic, but it takes time to respond to weight gain or loss.  When you lose a lot of weight quickly you can experience that kind of problem.  You should find that it will go away over time, but in future, try for gradual

weight loss.
